Gregory Wilpert is a facilitator of deep inner work, specializing in the intersection of contemporary psychological coaching and ancient psychedelic wisdom. His own path developed out of a moment of profound existential inquiry, leading him through years of training and personal initiation. Gregory believes that your soul's purpose is not something to be ‘found,’ but something to be unburdened and uncovered—a sovereign spark that has been waiting for the space to breathe.
By creating a safe, neutral space either online or in person in Mexico's coastal landscape of Oaxaca, Gregory helps leaders and seekers peel back the societal and biographical layers that obscure their authentic soul purpose, moving from fragmented survival to a life of full-spectrum expression.
Gregory is a German-American who worked for many years as a sociologist and journalist in North and South America. He holds a Ph.D. in sociology from Brandeis University, with a focus on consciousness and politics. In addition to his academic work at various universities in the US, Germany, and South America, he has worked for various news outlets as a journalist covering Latin America. He is also a long-time practitioner of Zen Buddhism. After discovering psychedelics as an important avenue for spiritual and emotional growth and healing, he decided to dedicate himself to helping others navigate these powerful medicines safely and effectively.
He holds certificates in psychedelic coaching from the Psychedelic Coaching Institute, in psychedelic somatic interactive psychotherapy (PSIP) from the Psychedelic Somatic Institute, and in psychedelic somatic facilitation from Embodylab.
